1. Your agreement with the seller

BIG MAN FX is operated by BIGMANFX (the “seller”, “we” or “us”). Your agreement for access to the service is with BIGMANFX. By accessing or continuing to use bigmanfx.com, you agree to these terms. Accounts are available only to people aged 18 or older. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.

2. The service and financial risk

We provide trading education, quizzes, educational certificates, a synthetic Demo Test, market information and AI-assisted screenshot analysis. Paid analyzer plans provide the usage allowance shown at checkout. An educational certificate records learning results; it is not a professional licence, investment qualification or guarantee of trading proficiency or profits.

All market information, signals and AI outputs are for general educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or recommendations to buy or sell. Trading can result in substantial losses. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

3. Accounts and permission to use the service

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service within your plan. Do not resell access, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or share credentials to evade plan restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, harassment or hate speech. Do not upload malware, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape the service without authorisation, or attempt to bypass safeguards or jailbreak AI systems. Do not create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes or tools intended to harm others.

5. AI inputs, outputs and intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, course materials and branding. You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for screenshots and other inputs.

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your AI outputs. Outputs may not be unique or protected by copyright, and this does not grant rights to third-party material. You are responsible for your prompts, verifying output accuracy and lawfulness, and how you use the results. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without qualified oversight.

We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. Rights holders can report infringement through the contact pathway below, identifying the protected work and disputed content. Repeated or serious infringement may result in termination.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The price, billing frequency and analysis allowance are displayed before purchase. Paid analyzer subscriptions are billed monthly and renew until cancelled under those terms. You can manage your subscription through the Subscription page or Paddle. See our Refund Policy for refund requests. Plan access does not promise future features that are not currently available.

7. Availability and limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Charts, news and AI analyses may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel paid subscriptions through the billing controls. Account data is handled according to the Privacy Notice and applicable retention obligations.
