Purchases handled by Paddle

BIGMANFX, provides the service. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles payments, billing and refunds.

We adopt Paddle’s Refund Policy for BIG MAN FX purchases. Please read that policy for the applicable refund request period, your cancellation rights and the refund process. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Request a refund

Visit paddle.net to locate your order and submit a refund request. Use the email address associated with your purchase and have your receipt or order information available. Paddle reviews and processes requests under its policy.

Cancel a subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the BIG MAN FX Subscription page using the billing management link, or through Paddle. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions; if you also want a refund, submit the request to Paddle.
